You don’t have to face your struggles alone
Stress in life is unavoidable, but can sometimes overpower your ability to manage everyday tasks. In addition, so few of us have people in our lives with whom we can sit down and simply be; leading us to feel alone, isolated, and overwhelmed. In our sessions, you will have my full, undivided attention. Together, we will make therapy a collaborative process to address whatever presenting issues you bring into the room, increase your coping skills, and help you to become more connected to yourself and those around you.
